Smallwood Manor Sporting and Educational Breaks |
| Built in 1886 Smallwood Manor is a fine example of Victorian architecture. Matched with its tranquil and idyllic setting, it sets the stage for visitors of any age group. Standing in fifty acres of mature parkland in the heart of Staffordshire countryside, Smallwood is ideally located and easily accessible by both road and rail. The rail station being just one and a half miles away in the old market town of Uttoxeter. The Peak District, National Park, Historic Castles, Alton Towers and much more are all within easy reach. All this, of course, after you have explored the Manor. Smallwood was, until 1997, both a boarding and co-educational preparatory school. No longer having boarders the accommodation we can offer is quite extensive. We can accommodate groups of up to one hundred and forty in rooms taking 2-8 people. Our residential holidays and short breaks are available throughout the year, with the exception of Christmas, when self-catering only is available. Continue > |
